Refund policy

Shipping: Every order is prepared in 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 8–15 working days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs
- Spain: €6.99 – free on orders of €55 or more.
- European Union: €8.99.
- Rest of the world: €12.99.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you buy several products, your order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Returns & refunds: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it, as required by EU law.

To start a return, email us at so.len.bile@hotmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned unworn, with the lace and protective seal intact.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong item?
Email us as soon as possible with a photo and we will send you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee in the EU.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
